Network and Management Laboratory : ウィキペディア英語版 | Network and Management Laboratory Networks and Management Laboratory - NML (in Portuguese language: Laboratório de Redes e Gerência - LRG) is a laboratory at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, developing research in the areas of computer and telecommunications network management. The Networks and Management Laboratory was founded in 1994 by professor Carlos Becker Westphall at the Department of Informatics and Statistics of the Federal University of Santa Catarina. ==Projects developed in NML== Since 1994 the participants of the Networks and Management Laboratory - NML of UFSC have been active in the following projects approved by the CNPq: GESSUCON Project - Management, Security and Sustainability for Cloud Computing (2014-2018), GESCONGRECO Project - Management and Security for Cognitive Networks, Cloud and Grid Computing (2010–2014); GERSAU Project - Management of Networks and Services Autonomous and ubiquitous (2007–2010); Tager Project - Advanced Topics in Management of Computer Networks and Telecommunications (2003–2007), Project HOPE - "Hot Topics" in Management Network (2001–2003); GERDIM Project - Management in Distributed and Mobile Networks ( 1999–2001); Project self - Distribution Automation and Management of Networks (1997–1999), and Project PLAGERE - Platform for Network Management (1994–1997).
